
Colombia Tres Cascadas
An exceptional coffee that will leave no one indifferent! It captivates with its aroma and flavor, evoking sweet and mature Port wines. It comes from the exclusive family-run farm Café Granja La Esperanza, managed by the Herrera family, known for their innovative approach and use of modern technologies. The coffee beans grow at an altitude of 1,400-1,850 meters above sea level on the Patosi farm in the Cauca region of Colombia. It is 100% Arabica, Colombia variety. The coffee cherries are hand-picked only when fully ripe and then fermented for 15 hours in sealed tanks, which imparts notes reminiscent of fermented beverages—in our opinion, a flavor similar to sweet Port wine. The coffee is roasted in very small batches, allowing its unique character to fully emerge. It is a coffee that will delight any connoisseur.
