Unique coffee from Colombia, specifically from the Huila region, grown at the Monteblanco farm. Rodrigo Sánchez is world-renowned for his extensive experimentation with coffee brewing processes. In recent years, he has focused on combining flavor notes from various fruits and berries by fermenting the coffee with its natural sugars and trace elements, achieving entirely new and unique flavor profiles. In this case, the coconut notes are particularly pronounced. When combined with milk, the coffee's flavor is reminiscent of a Piña Colada cocktail.
